We ship across the United States. There is no minimum order amount to qualify for shipping. Orders are transported through reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS, selected for consistent and timely delivery.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

Each order goes through these stages:
  • Processing: Orders are prepared for carrier pickup within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • In transit: Delivery in transit usually takes 3–5 business days.
  • Estimated arrival: Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your delivery location or carrier conditions.

3. Packaging

We pack every piece securely using protective materials suited to delicate jewelry, helping reduce the risk of damage while your order is on the way.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed within 24 hours. You can then follow your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system. For higher-value orders, a signature at delivery may be requested to help ensure safe receipt.
